Privacy policy
This policy explains what Hivepsyche collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and the Hivepsyche iOS app.
What we collect
Your email address (for authentication only — never shown publicly), your chosen handle, the questions and answers you submit, your dialogues, your accuracy and participation stats, and minimal technical data needed to operate the service (e.g. request logs). We do not sell your personal data.
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, show your questions and answers to the network, generate the AI panel responses, track quota and balances, process payments, and prevent abuse. Public questions and your handle are visible to other users; your email is not.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of processors to run Hivepsyche: Supabase (authentication, database, hosting), AI model providers (Anthropic and others — your question text is sent to them to generate panel responses), and payment processors (Apple In-App Purchase on iOS; Stripe on the web) to handle billing. Payment card details are handled by Apple or Stripe and are never stored by us.
Your choices and rights
You can change your handle in Account settings. You can delete your account at any time — in the iOS app under Account → Delete account, or on the web by contacting us — which permanently removes your account and the data associated with it. You may also email us to request access to or correction of your data.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and the records tied to it are removed. Some anonymized or aggregate signal data may persist as part of the network.
Children
Hivepsyche is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
